In play, especially with the larger maps of the HPS scenarios, I have found it useful to have a one sheet (or more) map that allows me to easily study the entire battleground. This has proved useful both in strategic planning and in tactical execution. Maps have been screen captured, merged into a single image, size altered and rotated as necessary for best fit on letter sized paper using Adobe Photoshop 7. For best printing results, first download the images to your computer [right-click on image, chose 'Save Picture As']. Two sheet maps: after printing, trim the margin from one sheet, line up the maps and tape together, front and rear.
